OR contact us in person at our wellness centre.

We suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill in the necessary client form & also to relax and unwind. Unfortunately arriving late will limit your treatment time with us.

Cancellation policy

We understand sometimes you may need to cancel or change an appointment, but we kindly request 24 hours notice as late cancellations incur a 50% of your service fee. If cancelling or not showing up for your appointment, on vouchers or gift certificates, unfortunately this will result in the voucher/certificate being void.
